YDSP National Diabetes Prevention Program

"I participated in the program, and it was truly life changing. I learned essential nutrition skills and now understand what to watch for in my diet. Keeping daily logs of my workouts and what I ate became a habit that helped me stay accountable and made me more aware of my overall health. I enjoyed connecting with the other participants; we motivated each other and celebrated our successes. The class gave me the tools I need to make healthier choices."
